REGALO Studios ships all orders from Canada.

After the order is processed, we will ship the following Monday, Wednesday, or Friday. Please consider this when estimating delivery date. If your shipment is urgent, please choose expedited shipping. If you want to check on the status of your order, your shipper option should provide you with a tracking number.

Every garment will have a sizing chart at the bottom of the page. These sizing charts will have actual garment measurements.

Everything on the website is priced in CAD Dollars and will convert via your bank. If you wish to view a different currency, you can change it by clicking on the currency on the top right corner of the page (on desktop) or click the dropdown menu (on mobile).

All packages are only insured up to $100, without required signature for delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

Yes, we allow exchanges of garments; but the customer must pay for shipping costs to return the garment to us, as well as the shipping costs for the replacement item to be sent to the customer. More information here.
